Divine Spark Legacy FAQ
10 questions players actually ask, answered.
How do I start the mod?
Place lit candles in a circle on the ground, then eat the essence of your chosen divinity while standing inside the circle to become a follower. You can also use the command /bestow @s [divinity] follower to join a faction instantly.
What's the difference between a follower and a god?
Followers serve a deity and gain access to that faction's abilities and traits. Gods have full godhood status (granted via /bestow @s [divinity]) and unlock the complete power set of their chosen path.
How do I refill my faith meter?
Hold Shift and look straight up at the sky to pray and restore faith. You can also stand inside a holy domain or your matching element type to refill faith faster.
Can I switch factions after choosing one?
Yes—become a follower of a different divinity by placing candles and eating a new essence, or use the /bestow command to change your faction.
What shapeshifting forms can I unlock?
Available forms include dolphins, plants, shulkers, endermites, and fungal abominations—each tied to specific divine paths like Water, Flora, Ender, and Fungal.
How do Death followers control undead minions?
Defeat mobs to raise them as loyal skeletons or zombies, then possess their bodies directly to control them in combat or exploration.
Do Wind followers actually fly?
Yes—Wind followers can draw and animate custom flying wings directly in-game, dash through the air, and avoid fall damage while flying over holy ground.
What happens if I use abilities without faith?
Your faction skills and combat powers require faith to activate, so you won't be able to use them if your faith meter is empty—pray or stand in holy domains to recharge.
Can multiple players follow the same faction?
Yes—multiple players can serve the same deity and coordinate their faction abilities in multiplayer worlds.
Does this mod work with other magic or ability mods?
Divine Spark Legacy Mod is designed as a standalone progression system; compatibility with other magic mods depends on your specific mod setup and load order.
