You need seven diamond tools to craft one diamond through recycling. This includes pickaxes, axes, shovels, hoes, and swords.
Can I recycle damaged diamond tools?
Yes, damaged diamond tools recycle the same way as full-durability tools. The durability of the tool doesn't affect the recycling recipe.
What's the recycling ratio for diamond armor?
You need four pieces of diamond armor to craft one diamond. This applies to helmets, chestplates, leggings, and boots equally.
How many smithing templates do I need to recycle?
You need four smithing templates to craft one diamond through recycling, regardless of the template type.
Can I mix different tool types in one recipe?

Do enchanted diamond items recycle differently?
