Adjust CRT Scanline Intensity

Access Shader Settings

Open your shader options menu while in-game. This is typically found in Video Settings > Shaders > Shader Options or by pressing a designated key (often bound in your controls). Look for the active shader pack name to confirm Despatra's CRT is loaded.

Find Scanline Controls

Within the shader options, locate settings related to scanlines or line intensity. These controls adjust how prominent the horizontal lines appear on your screen—a core feature of the CRT monitor effect.

Customize to Your Preference

Adjust the scanline slider or value to increase or decrease visibility. Higher values create more pronounced horizontal lines mimicking an old television, while lower values create a subtler effect. Test different settings in different lighting conditions, as scanlines are more visible in darker areas.

Apply and Test

Save your changes and observe the effect in-game. Move between bright and dark environments to see how your scanline setting performs across varied lighting. If the effect feels too strong or too weak, return to shader options and fine-tune until satisfied.
