Finding Your Death Chest

When you die, a protective chest spawns at your exact death location with a hologram floating above it displaying your name and a countdown timer. Look for this hologram in the area where you fell.

Opening and Collecting Items

1. Navigate to the death chest location

2. Open the chest by right-clicking it

3. Your full inventory, armor, and any stored experience points will be inside

4. Collect items by clicking and dragging them into your inventory, or shift-click to move stacks quickly

5. Once you've taken what you need, the chest remains until the despawn timer expires

Important Notes

• The chest is protected from explosions and griefing, so your items are safe even if other players are nearby
• If the server is configured with infinite chest mode, the death chest may never despawn
• Some servers may have item filtering enabled, meaning certain items dropped normally instead of entering the chest
• The hologram countdown shows exactly how much time remains before the chest automatically disappears
