Dark Death Mod FAQ

Type /trigger darkdeath in the chat window and press enter. Your character dies instantly, no matter your health or where you are.

Make sure you typed the command exactly with the leading slash and no extra spaces. If it still does nothing, the trigger objective may not be set up on your world or server, so check with whoever runs it.

Yes, it works in singleplayer as long as the mod is loaded and the trigger objective exists. It kills your character the same way it does on a server.

Yes, it counts as a normal death, so you drop your items and lose your experience. Your drops stay where you died, so you can walk back and pick them up if you reach them in time.

Respawn and travel back to where you died, then pick up your dropped items before they despawn. If you died somewhere unreachable, the items may be lost for good.

Yes, that's one of the main uses. It kills you instantly so you respawn at your spawn point instead of being stuck, though you'll leave your items behind at the trap.
