Customize Individual Crystal Components (Core and Frames)
Understanding Crystal Structure
End crystals consist of three main visual components you can customize separately: the core and two frame layers. Each can have its own color, transparency, and visibility toggle.
1. Open your end crystal settings
2. Locate the Core section:
- Toggle Render Core on/off
- Set Core Color to your desired color
- Adjust Core Alpha for transparency (lower = more transparent)
3. Customize Frame 1 and Frame 2 the same way with their own color and alpha values
Creating Unique Looks
Try these combinations:
- Make the core bright and opaque while frames are transparent for a glowing center effect
- Use contrasting colors between core and frames for a layered appearance
- Disable one frame entirely to simplify the crystal's silhouette
- Set all components to the same color for a monochromatic look
These individual controls let you match your end crystals to your build's color scheme or create completely unique crystal designs that don't exist in vanilla Minecraft.
