How to Install and Verify CreativeCore Is Working (For Players Who Already Have It)
CreativeCore is a library/core mod. On its own it adds almost nothing you can place or craft — it exists so that mods like
LittleTiles, RandomAdditions,
ItemPhysic and CraftingManager can run. That means "is it working?" is really "are my dependent mods loading?"
Check that it loaded
1. Launch the game and open the Mods list from the main menu.
2. Search for CreativeCore and confirm it appears without a red error marker.
3. Look at the mods that depend on it (
LittleTiles, RandomAdditions,
ItemPhysic, CraftingManager). If CreativeCore were missing or the wrong build, those mods would either be absent from the list or flagged as errored.
4. If a dependent mod is missing entirely, it was likely disabled automatically because its required CreativeCore version was not satisfied.
What you should NOT expect
- No new creative tab full of CreativeCore blocks.
- No standalone crafting recipes.
- No world-gen changes.
If you opened the creative inventory looking for "CreativeCore items" and found none, that is correct behaviour, not a broken install. The mod's value is invisible: it provides the GUI API, packet system, recipe system, enhanced vanilla recipes, the transformer/obfuscation-name API, an event system, InfoStack grouping and a fake world used by its dependents. If those dependent mods open their GUIs and craft correctly, CreativeCore is doing its job.
