Creative Palette Bundles Mod FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

How do I open a bundle to see all the items inside?
Click the plus icon (+) next to any grouped bundle in your Creative inventory to expand it and view all items in that group. Click the minus icon (−) to collapse it again.
Can I sort items alphabetically instead of by default order?
Yes, go to the mod's configuration menu and enable the "Item sorting" option to switch between default and alphabetical sorting inside your groups.
How do I create a custom item group for blocks I use most?
Open the config menu, use the "Tab ID" setting to assign items to a specific Creative tab, and optionally enable "Translate Groups" to give your custom group a custom name through a resource pack.
What if I don't want the default groups and only want my custom bundles?
Disable the "Add all groups" option in the configuration menu to turn off default item groups and use only your custom setups.
How do I find the item ID I need to add something to a custom group?
Press F3 + H while in Creative mode to enable advanced tooltips, then hover over any item to see its ID displayed in the tooltip.
Can I use this mod with other mods that add items?
Yes, the mod supports custom item groups for both vanilla and modded items, so you can organize new blocks and tools from other mods into your own bundles.
Do the group names display in my language?
Enable the "Translate Groups" option in the config menu, then create a custom resource pack with language files to display group names in your preferred language.
Will using this mod slow down my game?
No, this mod only organizes your Creative inventory interface and has minimal performance impact since it doesn't add new blocks or complex mechanics.
Can I assign the same item to multiple custom groups?
The mod's configuration system assigns items to specific Creative tabs, so you should check your config file to see if duplicate assignments are supported or if items can only belong to one group.
What happens if I delete my config file?
The mod will regenerate the default configuration file with all default groups restored on your next launch, so you can always reset to the original setup.
