Choosing Crate Types

Crazy Crates includes 10 different crate types, each with unique opening animations and visual effects. When creating a crate:

1. Open your crate config file

2. Locate the type or animation field

3. Select from the available crate types (consult your config for the exact names)

4. Each type produces different particle effects, sounds, and opening sequences

Customizing Visual Effects

Depending on your config options, you may be able to:

• Adjust animation speed
• Enable or disable particle effects
• Control sound volume and type
• Set custom opening messages
• Change the crate's display name

Testing Animations

1. Create a test crate with your chosen type

2. Give yourself a key and open it

3. Observe the full animation sequence

4. Adjust settings if the animation feels too fast, slow, or visually cluttered

5. Consider your server's performance—some animations are more demanding

Different crate types work better for different themes (e.g., mystical effects for rare crates, festive effects for seasonal crates). Experiment to find the best fit for your server's aesthetic.
