How to Upload Your Crash Logs and Share the Link

One of the main reasons to install Crash Assistant is the one-click upload. Instead of copying log text into a paste site by hand, the mod bundles your crash report and game logs and gives you a single shareable link.

Uploading

1. When the crash screen appears, locate the upload button — it's labeled clearly and sits alongside the other action buttons.

2. Click it once. The mod collects the relevant files (crash report, latest log, and any additional logs it gathered) and sends them to its sharing service.

3. A progress indicator or status message will show while it works.

4. When it completes, a formatted link appears. The mod typically copies it to your clipboard automatically, but you can also select and copy it manually.

Sharing It

Paste the link wherever you're asking for help — a Discord support channel, a GitHub issue, or a forum thread. Because the link points to all logs together, helpers don't have to ask you for additional files. If you're pasting into Discord, the link is already formatted so it won't break across lines.

If the upload fails, check your internet connection and try again from the same screen. The window stays open until you close it, so you don't lose the chance to upload.
