Move an Entire Building to a New Location
Outlining Your Structure
Identify the building you want to relocate. Place platform outline blocks around the perimeter of the structure's base, forming a complete rectangular boundary. The outline must be solid with no gaps—the platform uses this to detect which blocks belong to the moving structure.
Checking Block Connectivity
Before moving, verify that all blocks in your building connect through solid blocks above the outline layer. Floating blocks or disconnected sections will remain behind. Walk through your structure and look for any isolated rooms or towers that don't touch the main mass.
Executing the Move
Attach a redstone power source (lever, button, or repeater) to any platform block. The platform will push the entire structure in the direction the redstone signal points. For precise placement, use short pulses rather than holding the lever down.
If your building has multiple disconnected sections, you'll need separate platform outlines for each part and move them individually.
