How to Hide or Show the Coordinates HUD
Toggling visibility
Open the mod's config screen and locate the Visible toggle under Visual Settings. It is set to Yes by default, which is why the HUD appears as soon as you install the mod. Switch it to No to hide the entire readout — coordinates, chunk position, direction, biome, and version all disappear at once. Switch it back to Yes to bring everything back exactly as you configured it.
Why you might hide it temporarily
Common reasons players toggle visibility off:
- Recording or taking screenshots where you want a clean frame.
- Playing on a server where you do not want coordinates on screen while sharing your view.
- Reducing clutter during building or combat where the numbers are not useful.
What hiding does and does not do
Hiding the HUD only affects what is drawn on your screen. It does not disable the mod, change your saved position settings, or reset your padding and rendering choices — those are preserved, so re-enabling restores your exact layout. If you only want to remove some fields rather than the whole HUD, use the individual options under Rendering Settings instead of the Visible toggle.
Quick check
After toggling, leave the config screen and confirm the HUD is gone (or back). Reopen the config if you need to adjust anything else.
