Coordinates Display Mod FAQ
10 questions players actually ask, answered.
How do I open the Coordinates Display settings?
Open the mod's settings through your mod menu or config screen, then use the Visual Settings and Rendering Settings sections to change the HUD. There is no in-world hotkey by default, so you configure it from the menu.
How do I turn the coordinates HUD on or off?
In Visual Settings, toggle the Visible option. When it is off the HUD disappears entirely; turn it back on to show it again.
How do I move the HUD to a different corner?
Click Change Position of HUD, then move the HUD with your mouse and click again to lock it in place. Press Escape to exit without moving it.
How do I make the HUD smaller or less distracting?
Enable Minimum Mode for a compact, minimal style, and adjust Padding and Text Padding to tighten the spacing. You can also hide the background in Rendering Settings for a cleaner look.
How do I hide the background behind the coordinates?
In Rendering Settings, toggle Background off. This removes the panel behind the text so only the numbers and labels show.
How do I show or hide specific info like biome or direction?
Use the Rendering Settings section to toggle which pieces of information appear on the HUD, such as your position, chunk position, facing direction, biome name, and Minecraft version.
How do I turn off the decimals on the coordinates?
In Visual Settings, toggle Round with Decimals off. The numbers will then display as whole values instead of showing decimal places.
What does Minimum Mode do?
Minimum Mode switches the HUD to a stripped-down, minimal style similar to what Lunar Client shows. It is useful if you want the info without a large panel taking up screen space.
Does this mod work on a server or only in singleplayer?
It is a client-side mod, so it works in singleplayer and on servers without needing to be installed server-side. Some servers may still restrict certain client mods, so check their rules.
Will this mod hurt my FPS or cause lag?
It only draws a small HUD overlay, so the performance impact is minimal. If you notice any slowdown, try Minimum Mode or hide the background to reduce rendering work.
