Disable Camera Shake from Potion Effects

Open Cookey Mod Settings

Access the mod's configuration menu from your mod launcher or in-game settings panel.

Find Camera and Visual Options

Navigate to the section controlling camera behavior and visual effects. Look for settings related to potion effects or screen distortion.

Disable Camera Shake

Locate the option to disable camera shake and toggle it off. This prevents the screen from shaking or distorting when you're affected by potion effects like nausea or when taking knockback.

Preserve Hand Bobbing (Optional)

Note that disabling camera shake is separate from hand bobbing. If you want to keep the subtle hand movement while removing shake, ensure hand bobbing remains enabled in the same settings area.

Test in Your World

Apply a potion effect to yourself or take knockback damage. Your camera should remain steady without the typical shake animation, creating a cleaner visual experience during combat or exploration.
