Fix or troubleshoot glass that isn't connecting
Why glass might not be connecting
The Connected Glasses Resource Pack only connects glass blocks of the exact same type. If your glass doesn't look seamless, check that you're using matching blocks.
Common issues and solutions
Different glass types mixed together. Regular glass, tinted glass, and stained glass are all separate block types and won't connect to each other. If you've accidentally placed different types adjacent to each other, replace them with matching blocks.
Using different stained glass colors. Each stained glass color is its own block type. Blue stained glass won't connect to cyan stained glass. Rebuild sections using only one color if you want seamless surfaces.
Resource pack not active. Verify the Connected Glasses Resource Pack is enabled in your resource pack list. Go to Options > Resource Packs and confirm it appears in the active list, not the available list.
Texture cache issues. Try reloading textures by pressing F3 + T (or equivalent on your system) to refresh the resource pack.
Check block placement. Glass only connects to adjacent blocks of the same type. Diagonal or non-adjacent glass won't affect the texture, which is correct behavior.
If glass still doesn't connect after checking these points, verify you're using the correct resource pack version for your Minecraft version.
