How to Open the Configured Mod Settings Menu In-Game
The Configured mod adds a dedicated settings screen that lets you edit other mods' configs without leaving Minecraft. Here is how to reach it.
From the Main Menu
1.
2. Click Mods (on Forge/NeoForge this is usually a button on the main menu; on some loaders it sits under a menu icon).
3. In the mod list, look for a Config or Settings button — Configured adds this button to the mod list screen itself, not to individual mod entries.
4. Click it. A new screen opens listing every installed mod that exposes a compatible config.
Picking a Mod to Configure
- Scroll or use the search box to find the mod whose settings you want to change.
- Click the mod's name to expand its config categories (for example "General", "World Gen", "Client").
- Each entry shows its current value. Click a value to edit it — booleans toggle, numbers open a text field, enums cycle or open a dropdown, and lists open a sub-screen where you add or remove entries.
Changes are written to the mod's config file when you save or exit the screen, so the mod picks them up on the next load or immediately, depending on the mod. If a mod does not appear in the list, it simply does not use a config system Configured can read.
