Waterlog Both Halves of Doors and Beds Correctly

Understanding Big Block Support

Doors and beds occupy two block spaces—top and bottom. The mod handles both halves automatically, so when you waterlog a door or bed, both parts fill with water at the same time.

Waterlog a Door

Use a water bucket on either the top or bottom half of a door. The entire door structure will waterlog. The water fills both halves seamlessly, creating a fully submerged door.

Waterlog a Bed

Similarly, click either end of a bed with a water bucket. Both the head and foot of the bed will hold water together. This works for all bed colors and orientations.

Add Doors and Beds to Your Config

Make sure door and bed block names are in your configurablewaterlogging-common.toml whitelist. You can list them individually or use block tags if available.

Remove Water from Big Blocks

Use an empty bucket on either half to drain the water. The entire structure empties at once, maintaining consistency across both parts.
