Reduce Lag Spikes When Joining a New World
How Memory Cleanup Works
The mod automatically clears old memory and leftover particles when you join a world. This happens in the background without you doing anything—no configuration needed.
What Gets Cleaned
The mod removes:
- Lingering particle effects from previous worlds
- Cached data no longer in use
- Memory leaks that build up over time
This prevents stuttering and lag spikes that often occur during world transitions.
Verify It's Working
Join a new world and watch your frame rate. You should notice smoother performance compared to vanilla Minecraft, especially if you've been playing for a long time without restarting.
If You Still Experience Lag
Check your other mods and settings. Lag can also come from render distance, entity count, or conflicting mods. The memory cleanup helps, but it's not a complete solution for all performance issues.
