Fixing Pokémon That Won't Spawn in Complete Cobblemon Collection

If a Pokémon from this mod never appears in your world, the cause is usually one of a few common issues.

Confirm the Pokémon Is Spawnable

Not every Pokémon in the pack is meant to spawn in the wild. Legendary Pokémon are explicitly excluded from natural spawning in this version. Some other species may also be encounter-only or trade-only. Check the Pokédex entry: if it lists no biome or spawn condition, it is not a wild spawn and you should not expect to find it while exploring.

Check Biome, Time, and Light

Cobblemon spawning is heavily biome-dependent. Verify the biome listed in the Pokédex, then confirm the time of day and light level match. Many species also have a Y-level range, so caves and surface areas behave differently.

Clear Space and Reduce Competition

Spawn caps are shared. If your area is packed with common Pokémon or hostile mobs, rarer spawns get pushed out. Using type-matching bait further biases the spawn table toward what you want.

Reload and Recheck

If a species still refuses to appear after matching every condition, leave the area entirely, let it unload, and return. Spawn tables refresh on chunk load, and a fresh load often produces the Pokémon that was previously crowded out.
