Filling Your Pokédex with Complete Cobblemon Collection

This mod exists mainly to close the gaps in your Pokédex, so knowing how to work through it efficiently saves a lot of time.

Check the Pokédex First

Open your Pokédex and filter by generation or by "not caught." Entries added by this mod appear alongside base Cobblemon entries, so you can see exactly which species are still missing. Each entry tells you the typing, the model, and — when the mod supports it — the biome or condition where the Pokémon spawns.

Spawn Conditions Matter

Most Pokémon added by this pack follow Cobblemon's standard spawning rules: biome, time of day, light level, and Y-level all affect whether a species appears. If a Pokémon is not showing up, you are probably in the wrong biome or the wrong time. Use the Pokédex spawn info as your checklist and move between biomes rather than waiting in one spot.

Use Bait and Lures

Cobblemon's bait and lure items increase spawn rates for matching types or species. Combine this with a cleared, well-lit area so hostile mobs do not interfere.

Track Your Progress

Keep a written list of the species you still need and the biome each one requires. Working biome by biome is far faster than random exploration, and it prevents you from re-checking areas you have already cleared.
