How to Set Up a Manhunt Game with Multiple Runners
Designate Your Runners and Hunters
Before starting, decide who will be speedrunners and who will be hunters. You can have multiple runners in a single game, which adds complexity and excitement to the chase.
Give Compasses to All Hunters
Each hunter needs a Compass Manhunt compass in their inventory. Make sure every hunter has one before the game begins. The compass is the core tool for tracking—without it, hunters cannot locate runners.
Start the Game
Once runners are designated and hunters have their compasses, begin the game. Runners should have a head start or agreed-upon objective (like reaching the End or defeating the Ender Dragon).
Update Your Compass
Hunters can right-click their compass at any time to update its direction. The compass will point toward the nearest or designated runner's current location. Keep right-clicking periodically to refresh the tracking data as runners move.
Coordinate as a Team
With multiple runners, hunters may want to communicate and split up to cover more ground. The compass updates are real-time, so coordinate with other hunters to close in efficiently.
