How to Continue Hunting After Respawning

Understand Compass Persistence

One of the mod's key features is that your compass remains with you even after death. This means the hunt doesn't stop when you're eliminated—you can immediately resume tracking once you respawn.

Respawn and Retrieve Your Compass

When you die, you will respawn at your spawn point (or bed if set). Check your inventory—your Compass Manhunt compass should still be there. If it's not in your inventory, check the ground near your spawn location.

Resume Tracking Immediately

Right-click your compass to update it with the runner's current location. Since the compass persists through death, there's no delay in rejoining the hunt. You can head back into the chase without needing to craft or obtain a new compass.

Rejoin Your Team

Navigate back toward your fellow hunters and the runner's last known position. The persistent compass ensures that even if multiple hunters die throughout the game, the entire team can continue coordinating and pursuing the runner without interruption.
