Speed Up Combat with Cooldown Adjustments

Modify Attack Cooldown

ComBit lets you reduce or remove the delay between attacks, enabling faster-paced combat.

1. Open the ComBit configuration menu

2. Locate the Attack Cooldown or Cooldown Duration setting

3. Choose your preferred option:

• Disabled or Off: Remove cooldown entirely for instant attacks
• Reduced: Lower the delay to a custom value

4. Save your changes

Gameplay Changes

Reducing cooldown makes combat snappier and more skill-dependent. With no cooldown, you can spam attacks as fast as your clicks allow, rewarding quick reflexes and precise timing. This is especially useful for PvP scenarios where reaction speed matters.

Balance Considerations

Faster attacks mean mobs and players die quicker. If the game becomes too easy, consider pairing this with other difficulty adjustments like disabling I-Frames or increasing mob damage. Test against different mob types to find a pace that feels challenging but responsive.

You can always revert to a slower cooldown if combat feels unbalanced.
