How to Reduce Roll Cooldown with Multi-Roll, Acrobat and Longfooted Enchantments

Which Enchantment Goes Where

Combat Roll adds three enchantments, each tied to a specific armor slot:

  • Multi-Roll — applies to helmets.
  • Acrobat — applies to chestplates and leggings.
  • Longfooted — applies to boots.

Each one improves your rolling in a different way, and because they occupy separate slots you can stack all three across a full set of armor for the biggest benefit.

Applying and Combining Them

Enchant the armor pieces at an enchanting table, or use an anvil with enchanted books if you already have the books. Because the enchantments are slot-locked, you cannot put Acrobat on a helmet or Multi-Roll on boots — the game will refuse the combination.

Higher enchantment levels generally mean shorter waits, so prioritize leveling the pieces you wear most. A full set with all three enchantments gives you the most responsive dodge, which matters most against fast attackers like skeletons or multiple mobs at once.

Test your new cooldown in a safe area before relying on it in a boss fight so you learn the new timing.
