Add Multiple Lines of Text to Item Names

Using the Lore Separator

The mod lets you add extra descriptive lines under your item's main name using a special separator character. This is useful for adding flavor text, stats, or notes to your gear.

How to Add Lore Lines

1. Place your item in an anvil

2. In the rename field, type your main item name

3. Type a straight line symbol (|) where you want to break to a new line

4. Type the next line of text after the separator

5. Repeat step 3–4 for as many lines as you want

6. Confirm the rename

Each line will appear on a separate row below the item name in your inventory tooltip. You can combine this with color codes and text styles on each individual line for more visual variety.

Example: Flaming Sword | Deals extra fire damage | Enchanted by the blacksmith

This creates three separate text lines on your item, making it easy to document custom gear properties or add roleplay flavor to your equipment.
