Setting Up Color-Coded Gear Storage

Organizing by Enchantment Color

Use the Color Enchantment Resource Pack's visual system to organize your storage chests logically. This makes retrieving the right gear for specific tasks much faster.

Storage Setup Method

Step 1: Designate separate chests or chest sections for each color category:

  • Red chest for swords and melee weapons
  • Aqua chest for armor sets
  • Light purple chest for tools
  • Yellow/gold chest for ranged weapons
  • Green chest for utility enchantments

Step 2: Within each chest, arrange items by enchantment count. Place fully-enchanted gear in the front rows, partially-enchanted items behind.

Step 3: Label chests with signs using color-coded names ("Sword Storage," "Armor Vault") so you remember the system at a glance.

Step 4: When adding new gear, check its tooltip colors before placing it. If an item has multiple colors, consider whether it fits better in a primary or secondary storage location.

This organization system saves time during boss fights, PvP preparation, or when switching between mining and combat. You'll always know exactly which chest contains the enchanted gear you need without searching through mixed inventories.
