Set Up Your First Villager Shop

Find a Jobless Villager

Locate a villager without a profession, or find one with a job block nearby (like a farmer with a composter). Jobless villagers cannot trade with this mod.

Assign a Job Block

Place the appropriate job block near your chosen villager:

• Composter for Farmer
• Lectern for Librarian
• Cartography Table for Cartographer
• Fishing Rod for Fisherman

You'll see their clothing change.

Open the Shop Menu

Right-click the villager to open the custom shop interface. The menu displays three tabs: Buy, Sell, and Trades.

Explore Available Trades

Click the Buy tab to see what items the villager is selling and their CobbleDollar prices. Click Sell to view items you can trade to the villager for CobbleDollars. The Trades tab shows item-for-item exchanges that don't involve currency.

Make Your First Trade

Select an item, enter the quantity using the number box or plus/minus buttons, then click the trade button. Your CobbleDollar balance updates instantly, and the shop stays open for more trades.
