How to View Your Party and Someone Else's Pokémon With /pokesee and /pokeseeother
Sometimes you just want a quick look at what you're carrying — or what your opponent is carrying — without opening menus. /pokesee and /pokeseeother give you a chat summary of a full party.
Checking your own party
Run /pokesee with no arguments. The mod prints a summary of every Pokémon in your party into chat, including the key details you'd normally have to dig through the PC to find. This is handy before a battle, before a trade, or when you're deciding which Pokémon to bring.
Checking another player's party
Run /pokeseeother <player> to view a summary of someone else's party. This is useful for scouting before a PVP match, or just seeing what your friend has been training. The other player does not need to do anything — the command pulls the summary for you.
When to use these
- Before
/battleor/pokebattle, so you know what you're up against. - Before
/poketrade, to confirm which Pokémon you're offering. - When planning a team and you want a fast overview without opening the PC.
Both commands only read information — they never change a party, so there's no risk in using them freely.
