Cobblemon Extras Mod FAQ
10 questions players actually ask, answered.
How do I open my PC from anywhere?
Type /pc in chat and your PC interface opens instantly, no matter where you are in the world. You don't need to be standing near a PC block or in a Pokémon Center to use it.
How do I trade pokemon with a friend?
Use /poketrade to open a trade window with that player, then both of you place the Pokémon you want to swap into the window. Once both sides confirm, the Pokémon are exchanged.
How do I see someone else's party?
Run /pokeseeother to view a summary of that player's entire party. Use /pokesee with no target to check your own party instead.
How do I show a pokemon in chat?
Use /pokeshout to post a summary of the Pokémon in that party slot into chat for everyone to see. Use /pokeshoutall to post a summary of your whole party at once.
How do I battle another player?
Use /battle to send a PVP Pokémon battle challenge to that player. If you want to force a player into a battle against their own wild Pokémon, use /pokebattle instead.
How do I check the IVs of a pokemon I'm fighting?
Use /pokeivs during a battle to view the IVs of all Pokémon currently in the fight. This works for the Pokémon you're battling against, so you can judge their stats mid-fight.
How do I delete a pokemon from someone's PC?
Use /comptake to remove a Pokémon from a specific box and slot in that player's PC. This is a destructive command, so double-check the box and slot before running it.
Does /poketrade work if the other player is far away?
Yes, /poketrade works at any distance as long as the target player is online on the same server. You don't need to be standing next to each other to open the trade window.
Why isn't /pokeshout showing my pokemon?
Make sure the slot number you typed actually contains a Pokémon in your party, since empty slots won't produce a summary. Also confirm you're using the slot number, not the Pokémon's name.
Do these commands need to be enabled or given permission on a server?
On multiplayer servers, most of these commands are typically restricted to operators or players with the right permission level, so ask your server admin if a command isn't working. In singleplayer, you may need cheats enabled for some of them to run.
