Find your target item in EMI and access the full recipe tree. This shows every ingredient, sub-recipe, and dependency needed to craft your final item.

Reading the tree structure

The tree displays:

• Direct ingredients at the bottom level
• Intermediate recipes that must be completed first
• Quantities for each component

Expand branches to see where each ingredient comes from—whether it's farmable, foraged, or requires another recipe.

Planning large projects

Trace back to raw materials (berries, base potions, seasonings) and note exact quantities. If you're crafting multiple meals or potions, the tree multiplies requirements automatically. This prevents shortages mid-project and helps you organize your gathering and cooking workflow efficiently.
