Client Harvest Mod FAQ
10 questions players actually ask, answered.
How do I use this mod to harvest and replant at the same time?
Right-click on a fully grown crop to break it and automatically plant a new seed in the same block. You can do this in one fluid motion instead of left-clicking to break and left-clicking again to plant.
Does this mod work with all crop types?
Yes, the mod works with all standard Minecraft crops including wheat, carrots, potatoes, and beetroot. It also works with modded crops as long as they follow standard Minecraft crop mechanics.
What happens if I right-click a crop that isn't fully grown?
Nothing happens—the mod only triggers on fully mature crops. Right-clicking an immature crop will not break or plant anything.
Do I need seeds in my inventory for replanting to work?
Yes, you must have the appropriate seeds in your inventory. If you don't have seeds, the crop will break but nothing will be planted.
Can I use this mod on a multiplayer server?
This is a client-side mod, so it works on your game client. Check with your server administrator to confirm whether client-side mods are allowed on their server.
Why isn't replanting working after I harvest?
Make sure you have seeds in your inventory and that the crop is fully grown before right-clicking. Also verify the mod is properly installed and enabled in your mods folder.
Does this mod affect my FPS or cause lag?
No, this mod is lightweight and client-side only, so it should have no noticeable impact on performance.
Can I use this mod with other farming mods?
Yes, it's compatible with most farming and crop mods as long as they use standard Minecraft crop block behavior.
What if I want to harvest a crop without replanting?
Simply don't have seeds in your inventory when you right-click. The crop will break normally without planting a new one.
Does this mod work in Creative Mode?
Yes, the mod works in both Survival and Creative modes, making it convenient for building and testing crop farms in either mode.
