How do I pick my starting dimension when I create a new world?
When you first join a new world, a screen will appear letting you select your spawn dimension before you load in. Choose from the available options and confirm to start in that dimension.
Does this mod work on multiplayer servers?
Yes, the mod works on servers. Each player can choose their starting dimension when they join for the first time, and the choice is saved for that player's spawn point.
Can I use dimensions from other mods as my starting point?
Yes, as long as the other mod's dimensions are properly registered, they will appear in the dimension selection screen and you can spawn there.
What happens if I don't see the dimension selection screen?
Make sure the mod is installed correctly and enabled. If you're on a server, confirm the server has the mod installed. The screen only appears on your very first join to a world.
Can I change my starting dimension after I've already spawned?
No, the dimension choice only applies to your first spawn. After that, you'll respawn at your bed or world spawn point normally.
Does this mod affect performance or cause lag?
The mod is lightweight and only runs when you first join a world, so it should not cause noticeable performance issues.
Will the mod work if I'm using other dimension mods together?
