Selecting multiple messages

Chat Plus supports group selection in the chat window. Click a message, then shift-click or drag to extend the selection across several lines. Once a block of messages is selected, a menu of bulk actions becomes available instead of acting on one line at a time.

Copying and screenshotting

From the selection menu you can copy the selected text to your clipboard, which is handy for pasting coordinates, trade lists, or instructions into a notes app or another chat. You can also take a screenshot of just the selected messages or of the whole chat window. The mod can upload chat screenshots to Imgur and give you a link, so you can share a conversation without cropping images by hand.

Combining with bookmarks

Bulk selection pairs well with bookmarks: select a run of important messages, bookmark them as a group, then screenshot or copy them later. If a screenshot looks cut off, widen the chat box or reduce padding first so no lines are clipped at the edges before you capture.
