How to Check Mod Dependencies and Open Mod Links

Viewing Dependencies

Dependencies tell you what a mod needs to run and what needs it. In Catalogue, right-click a mod in the list to open its context menu, then choose the option to view dependencies. This shows the mods it requires and, where available, the mods that depend on it.

This is the fastest way to diagnose a missing-dependency crash: find the mod named in the crash, right-click it, and check what it expects. If something is missing, you will see it listed there.

Opening Mod Links

Each mod's detail panel includes shortcuts provided by the author, typically a website or homepage, an issue tracker, and sometimes a source or wiki link. Select the mod and click the relevant link to open it in your browser.

These links are handy when you hit a bug: open the issue tracker directly from the menu instead of searching for the mod page yourself. Combined with the dependency view, you can go from spotting a problem in game to reading the right documentation or reporting it, all without leaving the mod list first.
