Mark Your Base Location on the Map

Opening the Zone Painter

Open Xaero's Minimap or World Map while in your world. Look for the Zone Painter tool in the map interface—this is your drawing panel.

Creating Your Base Zone

1. Select Chunk mode from the drawing options

2. Click on the chunks where your base is located to paint them

3. Choose a color that stands out (bright colors work best for visibility)

4. Right-click or use the rename function to name your zone something memorable like "Main Base" or "Spawn Home"

Adjusting Your Zone

If you need to add or remove chunks, simply click individual chunks to toggle them in or out of the zone. You can change the zone's color anytime by accessing the zone settings. Your base location will now appear on both your minimap and world map, making it easy to navigate back home from anywhere in the world.

Zones are saved automatically per world and dimension, so your base marker will persist even after you log out and return later.
