Creating Your World

When generating a new world, add the data pack during the world creation screen before clicking 'Create World'. The data pack only activates on brand new worlds, so you cannot add it to existing saves.

Once you spawn, you'll find yourself on a completely flat superflat world. The floor block is randomly selected and will remain the same until the next in-game morning.

Gathering Resources Quickly

Your first priority is to collect essential resources before the floor changes at dawn. Break nearby blocks to gather:

• Wood from trees (if present)
• Stone or other solid blocks for tools
• Any ores or useful materials visible on the surface

Since the entire floor swaps every morning, plan ahead. If you're standing on dirt, mine it aggressively before sunrise. Build a small shelter or platform using blocks you've collected, so you have a safe space when the floor inevitably becomes something dangerous like lava or TNT.

Watch the day-night cycle carefully. When morning arrives and the sun rises, the ground beneath your feet will transform into a completely different block type across all three dimensions.
