Set Up a Music Listening Area with Parrots

Place Your Jukebox

Choose a central location where players can gather—a music hall, lounge, or communal space works well. Place a jukebox block and ensure it's protected if your server uses land claims, so only authorized players can interact with it.

Bring Parrots Nearby

Tame parrots using seeds and bring them within three blocks of the jukebox. The exact radius is configurable, so check your server's settings if parrots aren't responding.

Start Playing Music

Insert a custom music disc into the jukebox or right-click the empty jukebox to open the song selection menu. Choose your track and watch the parrots begin to dance.

Enhance the Atmosphere

Add decorative blocks, lighting, and seating around your listening area. Invite other players to join and enjoy the custom music together. You can swap discs to create a rotating playlist.
