Understanding XP and Border Growth

The BorderXP Map expands your playable area whenever you gain experience points. The more XP you collect, the faster your world grows. Your border starts very small, but with consistent effort, you can unlock massive areas to explore and build.

Best XP Farming Methods

Combat: Defeat mobs for reliable XP drops. Skeletons, zombies, and creepers all grant experience when killed. Build a mob grinder or find a spawner to automate this process.

Mining: Strip mining and cave exploration reward XP for breaking ore blocks. Focus on coal, iron, and deeper ores for better returns.

Smelting & Cooking: Smelt ores, cook food, or process other materials. This generates steady XP without requiring active combat.

Fishing: Cast a line in water for a passive XP source. This works while you attend to other tasks.

Enchanting & Anvil Work: Enchanting tools and combining items at an anvil both grant XP, though at higher costs.

Strategy

Combine multiple methods for the fastest expansion. Early game, focus on mining and mob combat. As you progress, set up automated farms to generate XP passively while you build or explore your newly unlocked areas.
