Troubleshoot Home Teleportation Issues

Teleport Won't Start

If your teleport doesn't begin, check:

• Movement: You must stand completely still during the standstill period. Even minor movement cancels it.
• Cooldown active: You may still be waiting from your last teleport. Try again after the cooldown expires.
• Home doesn't exist: Verify the home name is correct with /home list.

Can't Set a Home

If /home set fails:

• Dimension blacklisted: Some dimensions (like The End) may be restricted. Check your server settings.
• Home limit reached: You've created the maximum number of homes allowed. Delete an old one first.

Teleport to Wrong Location

Homes store your exact position when set. If a home seems incorrect:

• Delete it with /home delete <name>
• Stand at the correct location
• Set it again with /home set <name>

Spawn Point Fallback

If no default home exists and fallbackToPlayerSpawnPoint is enabled, /home may send you to your world spawn instead. Set a default home explicitly to override this.
