Plan and Visualize a New Structure Before Building

Previewing Your Build Space

Use Block Meter to outline the footprint of a structure you want to build before placing a single block. This helps you verify the space is clear and properly aligned with your existing builds.

Creating the Preview Box

1. Activate the mod by pressing your BlockMeter key

2. Right-click at one corner of where your structure will start

3. Right-click at the opposite corner where it will end

4. A 3D cuboid outline shows exactly how much space your build will occupy

Adjusting Your Plan

If the outlined area doesn't look right, you can edit the existing box. Crouch and right-click on the cuboid to modify the measurement points. This lets you adjust dimensions without removing and recreating the entire box.

Keep the visualization active while you build so you can reference the outline and stay within your planned boundaries. Multiple boxes let you preview different sections of a larger project simultaneously.
