Block Meter Mod FAQ
10 questions players actually ask, answered.
How do I start measuring?
Hold any item in your hand, press your BlockMeter key to activate the mod, then right-click once to set your first point and right-click again to set your second point. The cuboid will display between these two points.
Can I have multiple measurement boxes at the same time?
Yes, you can create and keep multiple cuboids active simultaneously. Each time you set two new points, a new box is added without removing previous ones.
How do I remove a measurement box?
Press Shift + your BlockMeter key to remove the last box you created, or press Ctrl + your BlockMeter key to clear all boxes at once.
Can I edit a box after I've made it?
Yes, crouch (sneak) and right-click on an existing cuboid to edit it and set new measurement points.
Do I need to install this mod on the server to use it?

Will other players see my measurement boxes in multiplayer?

What's the difference between the BlockMeter key and Shift/Ctrl?
The BlockMeter key activates/deactivates measurement mode and creates boxes, while Shift + key removes the last box and Ctrl + key clears all boxes.
Can I measure diagonally or at angles?
No, Block Meter measures axis-aligned cuboids only (width, height, and depth along the X, Y, and Z axes).
Does this mod work in creative and survival mode?
Yes, Block Meter works in both creative and survival modes.
Will this mod cause lag or performance issues?
Block Meter is lightweight and client-side, so it has minimal performance impact even with multiple cuboids displayed.
