Troubleshoot Blocks That Aren't Being Protected
Verify the Block ID
Double-check that you've entered the correct block ID. Block names can be tricky—use the exact namespace and name format (e.g., minecraft:stone not just stone). If unsure, look up the block's ID in a Minecraft wiki or mod documentation.
Check Configuration Syntax
Ensure your entries in blockblocker-common.toml follow the correct format with proper brackets, quotes, and commas. A single syntax error can prevent the entire list from loading.
Confirm File Was Saved
Make sure you saved the configuration file after editing. Some text editors don't auto-save.
Restart the Server
Configuration changes typically require a full server restart to take effect. Simply reloading chunks or using in-game commands may not be enough.
Check for Conflicting Mods
Other mods that modify block behavior might override Block Blocker's rules. Disable conflicting mods temporarily to test.
Review Server Logs
Check your server logs for error messages related to Block Blocker. These logs often indicate if the configuration file failed to load or if there's a syntax problem.
