Only Allow Specific Items to Stack

If you want finer control over which items can stack, you can blacklist specific items so they won't combine, even when stack mode is enabled.

Using the Blacklist Command

The mod supports blacklisting through scoreboard commands. Check your mod's configuration or in-game help for the exact blacklist syntax, as this feature allows you to exclude particular items from stacking.

Common Reasons to Blacklist

  • Enchanted tools: You may want to keep different enchantment levels separate
  • Damaged tools: Prevent tools with different durability from mixing
  • Quest items: Some modpacks use special items that shouldn't combine

Finding Item IDs

To blacklist an item, you'll need its registry name. Hold the item and check your mod's documentation or use debugging tools to identify it correctly.

Blacklisting is useful for maintaining organization in modpacks where item identity matters beyond just the item type.
