Become Invisible to Mobs Using the Specter Bangle

Equip and Activate

The Specter Bangle grants you true invisibility when used correctly. First, obtain or craft the Specter Bangle and place it in your hand or equip it as needed.

Trigger Invisibility

Once you have the bangle equipped, hold Sneak (default: Shift key). This activates the real Invisibility status effect, making you invisible to hostile mobs. Unlike visual-only invisibility, mobs will not detect or target you while this effect is active.

Maintain Stealth

Keep sneaking to maintain the invisibility effect. The moment you stop sneaking, the effect ends and mobs can see you again. This makes the bangle ideal for:

• Sneaking past hostile mobs in dark areas
• Avoiding detection during exploration
• Setting up ambushes without being noticed

Important Notes

While invisible, you remain silent and undetectable by standard mob AI. However, breaking blocks, attacking, or interacting with the environment may still alert nearby mobs depending on the situation. Use this strategically when you need to move through dangerous areas undetected.
