How do I get the Specter Bangle?
The Specter Bangle is a Bewitchment mod item that you can find in the creative inventory or obtain through normal Bewitchment mod progression. Equip it in your off-hand or armor slot depending on your mod setup to use its invisibility features.
Why can mobs still see me when I wear the Specter Bangle without sneaking?
The bangle only grants the true Invisibility status effect when you actively sneak. Without sneaking, you're only visually invisible to players but mobs can still detect you normally. Hold sneak to activate the full invisibility effect.
Does the Specter Bangle work with the Ambush enchantment?
Yes, this mod specifically fixes compatibility between the Specter Bangle and the Ambush enchantment from MCDW. The enchantment now works properly when the bangle is equipped and active.
What's the difference between visual invisibility and true invisibility?
Visual invisibility only hides your appearance to other players, but mobs can still detect and attack you. True invisibility (the Minecraft status effect) makes mobs unable to see or target you at all, which is what sneaking with the Specter Bangle provides.
Do I need to keep sneaking to stay invisible with the bangle?
Yes, you must hold the sneak key to maintain the Invisibility effect. Stopping sneaking will end the effect and mobs will be able to detect you again.
Can I attack mobs while invisible with the Specter Bangle?
Attacking while invisible will break the invisibility effect and reveal you to nearby mobs, just like with any Minecraft Invisibility potion. Plan your attacks accordingly or accept that you'll lose the stealth advantage.
Does the Specter Bangle invisibility work against all mob types?
Since this mod applies the real Minecraft Invisibility status effect, it works against all mobs that respect that effect. Some special mobs or modded creatures may have exceptions, but standard Minecraft mobs cannot detect you.
Will the Specter Bangle make me invisible to other players in multiplayer?

Can I combine the Specter Bangle with Invisibility potions?
Yes, stacking multiple sources of invisibility is possible, though the bangle's sneaking mechanic and potion effects work independently. You'll remain invisible as long as either effect is active.
Does sneaking with the Specter Bangle affect my movement speed?
