Enable 3D Bucket Models in Your World

Load the Resource Pack

The Better Bucket 3D Resource Pack must be active for the 3D models to appear. Open your world or create a new one, then access the resource pack menu from the main screen or pause menu.

Activate the Pack

1. Navigate to Resource Packs in your settings

2. Find "Better Bucket 3D" in the available packs list

3. Click the arrow to move it into the Active section on the right

4. Confirm the changes

Once activated, all standard empty, water, lava, and powder snow buckets will immediately display as chunky 3D models when held in first-person view or placed in your inventory. Fish, tadpole, and axolotl buckets will remain flat as designed.

Verify Installation

Hold a bucket in your hotbar and look at it—you should see the thick 3D geometry instead of the flat vanilla texture. Check your inventory to confirm the bucket icons also appear raised and dimensional.
