Maximize Crop Replanting with Animal Placement

Position Animals Near Crops

Place your animal pen directly adjacent to or surrounding your crop fields. Animals can only replant crops they can reach while roaming. The closer they are to farmland, the more effective they'll be.

Create Optimal Layouts

1. Build your pen in the center of crop fields, or along one edge

2. Ensure animals have clear paths to walk through farmland

3. Avoid obstacles that block animal movement

Encourage Roaming

Animals replant crops as they naturally walk around. A larger pen gives them more space to roam and interact with nearby farmland. They'll cover more ground and replant more efficiently.

Combine with Breeding

As your animal population grows through automatic breeding, you'll have more animals replanting simultaneously. This compounds the effect—more animals means faster crop replanting across your fields.

Monitor Results

Watch your crop fields over time. You should see harvested areas gradually replanted by your animals. If replanting seems slow, consider expanding your animal pen or adding more animals to increase coverage.
