Aspects Reclaimed Mod FAQ
10 questions players actually ask, answered.
How do I pick my first aspect?
Open the pause menu during gameplay, select Data Packs, then click Aspects to see all seven forms. Choose one and its traits will activate immediately—you can switch to a different aspect anytime using the same menu.
What's the difference between passives and focus powers?
Passives are always-active traits like Dragonkin's extra health or Frostling's cold biome bonuses. Focus powers are special abilities you trigger manually with a keybind during combat or travel, like Dragonkin's Regeneration burst or Pebblemite's stone teleport.
Can I switch aspects mid-game or am I locked in?
You can switch aspects anytime through the pause menu—there's no permanent choice. This lets you adapt to different situations, like switching to Frostling for snowy areas or Voidborne for item collection.
How do I capture mobs as Voidborne?
Use your focus ability on a living mob to pull it into a void pocket; the exact mechanic and range depend on your focus key binding. You can release captured mobs later by using the focus ability again in a safe location.
Why can't I phase through stone as Pebblemite?
Stone phasing is Pebblemite's focus ability, not a passive—you must press your focus power keybind to activate it. Make sure your keybind is set correctly in controls and you're not in a situation that blocks ability use.
Does Remnant's reduced gravity affect fall damage?
Remnant's lower gravity makes you fall slower and take less fall damage overall, but you still take damage from water contact, which is Remnant's main weakness.
Can I use multiple aspects' powers at once or do I have to pick one?
You can only have one active aspect at a time—switching aspects replaces your previous form and its abilities with the new one's powers.
What happens if I wear a Dragon Head as Dragonkin?
Dragonkin gains bonus damage when wearing a Dragon Head, making it a powerful gear synergy for combat. Other aspects may have their own gear bonuses, so experiment with different equipment.
Does this mod work with other mods or does it conflict?
Aspects Reclaimed is built as an addon to Aspects and should work alongside most mods, but conflicts can occur with mods that heavily modify player mechanics or keybinds—check mod compatibility lists if you experience issues.
How do I know which aspect is best for my playstyle?
Try each aspect for a few minutes—Dragonkin suits defensive/flight gameplay, Frostling excels in cold exploration, Pebblemite is best for speed and mining, Voidborne for item hoarding, Phoenix for aggressive combat, and Morphling for versatility. The in-game guides in your pause menu also detail each aspect's strengths.
