How to Open the Armor Poser GUI and Pose an Armor Stand

Opening the GUI

To configure an armor stand with Armor Poser, you do not need any special tool. Walk up to a placed armor stand and shift-click (sneak + left-click) it. The Armor Poser configuration screen opens in place of the vanilla interaction. If nothing happens, make sure you are actually sneaking — a normal click will just open the vanilla equipment slots.

Adjusting the Pose

Inside the GUI you will find controls for each body part: head, body, left arm, right arm, left leg, and right leg. Each part can be rotated independently. Use the sliders or rotation controls for the part you want to move, and the armor stand updates live so you can see the result before closing the screen.

Typical uses:

  • Rotate the head to make a stand look at a specific spot.
  • Angle the arms forward, up, or out to hold a pose.
  • Tilt the body or legs for sitting, kneeling, or action poses.

Finishing Up

When the pose looks right, close the GUI. The pose is saved to that specific armor stand, so it persists through chunk reloads and world saves. If you want to start over, reopen the GUI and reset the rotations back to the default neutral pose.
