Why Use BlueMap

BlueMap renders your server's actual terrain as an interactive web map. Integrating it with Arda Regions Mod displays your custom zones directly on top of the real landscape, giving players an accurate visual reference.

Integration Steps

1. Ensure BlueMap is installed and generating maps for your server

2. In Arda Regions Mod configuration, enable BlueMap integration

3. The mod will automatically detect your BlueMap instance and sync zone data

4. Zones will now appear as overlays on the BlueMap web interface

5. Test by visiting your BlueMap URL and confirming zones display correctly

Customization

You can adjust zone colors and transparency in the mod settings to make them stand out or blend subtly with the terrain. If BlueMap isn't suitable for your needs, the mod also supports uploading a custom drawn map image as an alternative overlay.
